Tracy Schrans is the president of Focal Research. Alongside the CEO, Dr Tony Schellinck, she is the first researcher to use player tracking data to develop algorithms for detecting and managing customer risk and harms.  

Today, Tracy continues to advance groundbreaking applied research with stakeholders worldwide, setting responsible gambling standards for player protection and prevention, receiving international recognition in using data and technology to identify and assist at-risk gamblers in harm mitigation and prevention capacities.
