Regulatory conference Regulating the Game London 2023 to feature Pitch! night promoting new and innovative ideas

The first ever “Regulating the Game” gambling regulation education program to be held in London, England, will include a unique Pitch! night at which innovative firms and individuals are invited to pitch their ideas to the sector.

Pitch! night will provide participants with an opportunity to showcase the next generation of products and services, compliance tools and industry technology solutions, according to organizer Paul Newson, Principal at Vanguard Overwatch, while presentations on emerging research, practices and trends in industry supervision, safer gambling and anti-money laundering arrangements are also welcomed.

Those looking to present their ideas, products or research can send expressions of interest to info@regulatingthegame.com.

To be held across five days from 25 to 29 September, Regulating the Game London will see attendees discuss all aspects of the gambling industry to forge a greater understanding of emerging and potential threats to the sector. Having enjoyed tremendous success in Sydney in recent years, the conference aims to promote discussion that challenges conventional thinking and probes key issues, enlightening individuals and organizations across the sector to think laterally about how those challenges can be overcome.

The event brings together industry leaders from across the globe to share expert content, facilitate discussion, build collaboration, encourage critical thinking, and highlight innovative ideas and technologies that advance responsible gambling, regulatory policy and anti-money laundering outcomes for the industry.

Speakers already confirmed for Regulating the Games London 2023 include Cathy Judd-Stein, Chair of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission; ANJ Chairwoman Isabelle Falque-Pierrotin; Harris Tsangarides, Chief Executive Officer, Cyprus Gaming and Casino Supervision Commission; Leanne Oxley, Director of Enforcement for the UK Gambling Commission; Andrew Lyman, Executive Director and Gambling Commissioner for Gibraltar; and Paul Buck, Founder & CEO of Epic Risk Management.
