Armalytix to present at Regulating the Game London's Pitch! event
Data intelligence firm Armalytix is the first firm announced as presenting its ideas and services at the Pitch! @RTG event, to be held within the framework of September's Regulating the Game conference in London.
The immersive 5-day Regulating the Game program, already well-established in Australia, is arriving in London for the first time this year, to be held September 25 - 29 at One Mooregate Place. The event focuses on leading-edge research, regulatory policy and practice and ethical leadership in the gambling sector.
Among the event's highlights is the Pitch! night, one of three networking events at the London conference, set to bring together innovators and the sector to plarform new technologies, research and policy thinking "that help industry meet and exceed minimum standards, advance efficient and effective regulation and help invigorate the sector."
Armalytix will be part of Pitch!, even organizers confirmed on Monday. The data intelligence firm "is all about making it simple for gambling operators to spot the customers they shouldn't be dealing with," a press release notes, and providing technology solutions to ensure the necessary checks are fast, effective and low friction.
Through its solutions, Armalytix aims to enable gambling firms "to be the best at what they do" while ensuring the costs of compliance are lower than the financial and reputational risks.
"We are calling for expressions of interest from firms and individuals to pitch leading-edge products and services aimed at leveraging tech and pioneering thinking and approaches to help uplift capability, bolster safer gambling and anti-money laundering outcomes and enable a thriving sector," said Paul Newson, Principal at Vanguard Overwatch the Australian specialist regulatory and compliance advisory behind the Regulating the Game event.
Throughout the 5-day conference, attendees will hear from leading regulators and industry experts, exchange perspectives, knowledge and insights, and build connections that uplift capability and forge a greater understanding of emerging and potential threats to the sector, the advisory added.
Discussions will challenge and provoke thinking and probe key issues, encouraging individuals and organizations across the sector "to think critically about how those challenges can be overcome."
